Weekly Message April 10 2025

Weekly Message: April 10, 2025

Annual Student Updates:  DUE Thursday April 17:  Annual Student Updates are coming home today with students in kindergarten to grade four. Please double check and updated any information. In order to ensure staffing and help up to plan for next year, these forms must be returned to school by Thursday April 17.

No School Tomorrow – Friday April 11:  Teachers are engaging with Glenna Henderson, Cookem Daisey as we complete day 2 of our Treaty Training and dig deeper as a staff into our collective responsibilities around reconciliation.

REPORT CARDS now Available:Student Report Cards went online this week. Please check out Edsby to access your child’s second term report card.

Parking and Drop Off:  Just a reminder to watch street signs around the school. There are NO STOPPING and NO PARKING signs clearly marking the roads. These signs are in place to ensure safety of pedestrians as well as our school patrols.  NO STOPPING indicates a zone where drop off is NOT SAFE.  Please avoid stopping in these zones. Stopping in this area along Bairdmore Blvd. puts our student patrols and any pedestrians using the cross walk in EXTREME danger.

A No Parking sign indicates a drop off zone where it is safe to pull over and drop off your children. This zone can be used for a short drop off where you walk your child to the door.

BAC Reminders: Fun Lunch and Lacoste Gift Cards

Lacoste Gift Card orders are due Thursday April 17: Paper order forms were sent home earlier this week. Orders can also be placed on Muncha Lunch

Pita Pit Fun Lunch will be held on April 24.  Pita Pit orders are due Thursday April 17 on MunchaLunch.
