Community

Laidlaw School is located in a park-like setting that offers many opportunities for outdoor and environmental education.  We provide many outdoor learning opportunities engaging students in the arts, science, literacy, mathematics and physical education in a natural environment.

Our close proximity to Assiniboine Park and Forest also provides our students with further opportunities to learn in the outdoors.

Throughout the school year, our staff and students experience a variety of field trips around Manitoba that promote curricular outcomes and enhance student learning.
