Curriculum
Chancellor School provides strong academic programming developed by dedicated teachers who work collaboratively to provide engaging learning experiences. To enrich and support instruction, teachers discuss and develop activities across grade levels. This collaboration ensures a continuation of skill-building and conceptual understanding throughout students’ progression from kindergarten through grade 6. School-based special events which focus on our school, our community, as well as local and global issues, are planned and implemented by staff.
To support academic achievement, instructional technology is integrated into the curriculum by design to meet the needs of diverse learners. Programming is also provided in the areas of French, physical education, music, and library. To qualifying students, English as an Additional Language support is available, as are the services of a Social Worker, Psychologist, Behaviour and Learning Specialist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and a Speech and Language Clinician.
