Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

Pembina Trails is proud to recognize and celebrate the over 100 administrative assistants and secretaries across the school division for their contributions to the workplace. School secretaries play a vital role in our schools, acting as a central point of contact and handling various tasks from answering phones and managing schedules to maintaining records and preparing reports. They are often the first point of contact for parents, guardians and visitors. At the division office, our administrative assistants have a similarly vital role in supporting superintendents and management.  Administrative Professionals Day is always observed on the Wednesday of Administrative Professionals Week.
