Thank you to all Ignite3 staff

As Ignite3 comes to a close this summer, a special note of gratitude to all the leaders and instructors at our Ignite3 locations. Your hard work and dedication are making a real difference for our students. Enriching the lives of our young learners is always our number one objective at Pembina Trails.

Ignite3 is a summer enrichment program that helps students with literacy and numeracy when many of the academic gains from the previous school year can be lost over the holidays. Called ‘summer learning loss’ or the ‘summer slide’, it’s a real problem that affects many students. An added benefit of Ignite3 is children getting to play with other children. With all the challenges and opportunities that COVID-19 and remote learning presented over the past school year, Ignite3 has been a time for the children to reconnect with their friends.

Thanks entirely to your effort the students who participated in Ignite3 will be better prepared for the upcoming school year.
