Report Cards 

École South Pointe School follows divisional guidelines in completing three written report cards, with the exception of Kindergarten, where written reports are only completed in June. Please check the monthly calendar for dates indicating when reports are sent home.

Tri-Conferences

École South Pointe School uses a web-based scheduler system to book appointments for Tri-Conferences twice during the school year. A letter or email will be sent home with specific information and the system will be open for you to book your Tri-Conference. Appointments fill up quickly, so please ensure that you log on as promptly as possible so that you can book an appointment with your child(ren)’s teachers. Please be aware that you must book a separate appointment with each individual teacher that you would like to meet with. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your child(ren)’s progress and learning goals.
