The École South Pointe School Parent Advisory Council, also known as SPPAC, is a parent council that acts as an advisory group for École South Pointe School. The purpose of the SPPAC is to:

• act as a communication liaison between the school and home, offering parent perspectives and support on a variety of issues such as attendance, safety concerns, school planning, etc.
• support the school through various fundraising efforts (play structure, technology, etc.)

• SPPAC is governed by a Constitution which details the roles and responsibilities of the SPPAC.
• Most of our leadership volunteers have been in these roles for two years. We are looking for new volunteers with a keen interest in the leadership of the SPPAC  to train on and take over these roles. How can I join SPPAC?

All guardians and family members of children attending the school are welcome to attend meetings and join ÉSPPAC. Meetings typically occur the 1st Wednesday of every month at the school and virtually and begin promptly at 7:00 pm.  

The meetings for 20022-2023 are as follows:

• Wednesday, September 11th – AGM 7 :00-8 :30 
• Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, November 6th 2024 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, January 8th 2025 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, February 5th 2025 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, March 5th 2025 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, May 7th 2025 – 7 :00-8 :00 
• Wednesday, June 4th 2025 – 7 :00-8 :00
